has anyone had any dealing with Quote Me Happy?
My wife's insurance was due to be auto renewed by them on the 25th Nov but I found a cheaper quote via confused.com so went online (they only deal online) to cancel the renewal earlier today.
When I was looking for quotes I tried Quotemehappy but on the site it said here's the renewal price and we won't price match but now I'm trying to cancel they are making me fill in online form stating who I'm moving to and how much the premium is so they can help (too late already bought another policy) but when I input the cost of the new policy, I think they are out of order demanding to know, it won't let me input the amount so I can't cancel. Is there any way to get hold of them please? I've tried email but they say I may get a reply within 48 hrs but by then they will have auto renewed and will take the premium.

Had an email off Quote Me Happy saying that the renewal has been done and they are taking payment by direct debit, they have no phone number so can't contact them, how can we sort this out? Already took a policy out with another company.Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0

1. Next time don't leave it so late to renew.
2. Why can't you just in put any figure into the box to cancel the renewal?
3. Ring them, I am sure they MUST have a phone number. I've contacted them via phone on several occasions0 -

Agreed shouldn't have left it late but the wife hasn't been well and it was at the back of our minds.
Tried putting the figure in £208.89 in many different guises, with and without the pound sign, with a p at the end, with a comma instead of a point, keeps saying enter a valid figure.
The only have a number bet for accidents but won't entertain meBe Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0 -
