Tart up lead flashing under window ledge

Hi all
had new windows fitted and now the lead flashing under them lets it down - bit discoloured etc... is there paint or some treatment that I can use to spruce it up?

replacing isn't really an option as the windows are now fitted - kicking myself I didn't think ahead on this! :(

thanks!!

I've used the flat roof paint before. Thompsons and the like. I chose it because its supposed to be flexible so could cope with the flexibility and thermal expansion of lead. Pretty sure I just gave it a quick wire brush, clean and painted straight on. It lasts and doesn't flake. I think I repainted after about 5 years but that was due to discolouration from where the water would run.
