    No, we can't.

You do know where to find it because every reply I make tells everyone where it is.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

I appreciate I'm reanimating a thread from the dead but this is the first result on Google so I think it warrants an update.

The time limit at the car park has changed - it's now 2 hours. We were there for 2 hours 55 minutes and have just receive a letter complete with ANPR photos and times, but nothing specific about the time limit at the car park - I had to go back and double check today.

The carpark has also reworded the legalese on their signs and have fixed the flaw which the OP used to avoid the fine as explained in post #4.

My plan is therefore to use the standard letter in the newbies thread as well as email the carpark owners and explain that "the driver" overstayed because of their 3 year old daughter, etc, and had not realised from the signs that parking could not be extended.

On reflection the signs and their wording are pretty clear but when you're new to the carpark and trying to find your way around it doesn't really occur to you that overstaying will cost you £100, and it's that which really should be clearer. What's also confusing is a sign advertising another multistorey carpark which at a glance can make you think you can extend parking for £1/hour. I'm unsure though whether I would win that if I appealed to POPLA though after they've tightened their signage.

Here are the latest signs for anyone coming from Google (apologies my phone camera has a fault and isn't focusing properly):
