Is evanquis login not working for anyone else?

Hello,

I would like to save a phone call by asking here so was wondering if anyone else is having trouble logging into their account through the evanquis.com website. I can get past the user name and memorable word page but when I enter my password and click 'continue' I get a page with "An unexpected error occurred. Please contact our call centre so that we can help. Call: 0330 099 3000 (charges may apply)". I've been trying for a few days now.

I haven't logged in or used my card for 2-4 months (I can't remember really) so was wondering if my login had been disabled due to account inactivity or it's just a website issue.

    Maybe try calling the number as it suggests?

    Working fine signed on the check info from a text message today.
    Evanquis online confirms my chrome limit has increased.
    Replenished CRA Reports.2020 Nissan Leaf 128-149 miles top charge. Savings depleted. VM Stream tv M250 Volted to M350 then M500 since returned to 1gb

    Yeah, I found out my login had been disabled. I checked my card and it had expired and was told over the phone a new card had been sent out in March but never received it (maybe if a card expires and a new card isn't activated the login is disabled?). All is good now.
