Plumber Issue

Any thoughts on this would be great - I'm unsure where to go next
Work started 17/10 2.5week time scale.
Would have completed 27/10/17 but shower trim was damaged (plumber supplied)
9/11/17 still no shower. Complained to plumber - he fitted the damaged trim. First shower it leaked through living room ceiling.
Resealed and fit the new trim the next day.
Shower still leaked txt plumber photos 13/11.
Discussed shower (noted further damange - door bent, glass scratched) and that not happy with the sealant finish also it ran cold last two mornings on 14/11.
16/11 Plumber came and fitted a new shower as gesture of good will.
18/11 Plumber invoiced me
20/11 Let him know still running cold but that seems leak free.
He turned up today - he has tweaked the boiler but if that doesn't work I'll need to call the manufacturers out on warranty..... the sealant in the shower still looks really poor but he says it is always like this just needs cleaning (i've tried) but he won't clean it.
Am I ok to get someone else in to install a new enclosure and return the current one to the original plumber at this point? Can I deduct the cost from the payment?

Have you posted this before?
If ive got this correct the enclosure is fine and been repaired, if a bit messy from a poor silicon application?
You can get someone to install a new enclosure. You can give the old enclosure to the original plumber (providing they accept it of course). You will be liable for the full bill including enclosure unless you can get the plumber to agree otherwise.0
