DRO balances
Options
For my DRO approved yay thank you for everyone’s help!
I checked one of my credit card final balances on my noddle account as was still linked to an old address but I’ve just received an email informing me I’m near to my credit limit - it’s about £28 above the amount stated on the DRO will I have to pay this? (It doesn’t take me over the 20k limit or anything). Hoping they’ll maybe just close my account?
Thanks again in advance!

They may inform the DRO Unit that the balance is higher but unless you are right up to the £20k limit there is no point.
The account is frozen for 12 months, then written off.0 -
No you don’t pay anything once your DRO is approved.

Great thanks - was worried then. Not anywhere near the 20k limit but was worried they could keep adding late payment fees onto the higher amount leaving me to pay it after 12 months.

Would I need to inform the OR of the difference in balance?0
