Hypothetical - S75/chargeback and warranties

I see Multiyork have gone into administration.

That's made me wonder about S75 and chargeback protection where you get your stuff - in this case your sofa - but later on the company goes bust and a fault develops that would be covered under warranty if the supplier was still in business.

Looking at the guides on the site I'm thinking that:
  • Credit card: Anything that was covered by the warranty you can claim back the cost from the credit card company, no matter how far into the warranty period.
  • Debit card: Anything that was covered by the warranty you can claim back the cost from the bank, but only if you claim within 120 days of noticing the fault and within 540 days of the purchase.
Is that correct?
