Hi,
I have ordered tiles, adhesive etc over the weekend and delivery was set for Monday. During the delivery I was not in - only my mother in law was in and 2 workers.
All was delivered except 5 adhesive buckets - when I came back home the receipt they left shows all item being ticked.
I have spoken with tile company and they are saying items was were sent and cannot do anything else. I have 2 workers as evidence that item was not delivered. The adhesive buckets costed total of £56 total bill was for over £600.
Wondering if possible to apply for chargeback?
Thanks
MS

They did - although I am not sure if the delivery note stated all the individual items.
I have a CCTV but unfortunately my password is not working to access the Floureon box. Otherwise I would have had a much stronger evidence.0 -
You should have a copy of the delivery note, if not, it’s going to be your word against theirs. If you do have a copy, and it includes the ‘missing’ items, and it’s signed, you’re probably snookered. The cc company may do a chargeback and refund the money, but if the retailer disputes your version of events, they may well take it back again.
You really are best dealing with the retailer. CCTV might sway them, if you can get it working.I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.0
