My Case Has Been Stayed

My case with SIP Parking has been stayed pending the determination of the cases SIP Parking v Williams Dyer Electricals (UK) Ltd and SIP Parking Ltd v Acts 2 Ltd ("the landlord cases") on Feb 12 2018, on the issue of whether authority from the landlord to enter into contracts of parking with drivers complies with paragraph 2(1) of schedule 4 to the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 and/or common law.
Not sure whether these are test cases that are v important to what happens moving forward with parking invoices, but thought you might like to know.

Yes is this in Manchester court and the order made by District Judge Iyer?
There are quite a few stayed SIP cases at the moment.0 -

The person who was driving the car is responsible so let them deal with it. Not you! Don’t let people with an agenda tell you otherwise.0

This would better form part of your original case thread. Why not ask Crabman or soolin (Board Guides) to merge the threads then we can read the back-story. We deal with so many cases on a daily basis, it’s impossible to remember every nuance of every case that zips through the forum daily.
We’ve dealt with 60 different cases today - and the night is still young! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
