I certainly wouldn't buy from them though - given past threads on here it seems ebuyer will refund even when the manufacturer is offering to repair/replace.
Why would anyone buy a failed graphics card?
Why not ask the people buying them on Ebay?

People typically dont buy broken graphics cards - not unless they've been watching one of those many videos who claim you can fix x item by doing something really simple (and rarely if ever works). Maybe worth a punt if you were going to bin it and ebay has free listings offered but otherwise, a waste.
Plus undoubtedly ebuyer will want to return the gpu to get their refund from the manufacturer so I can't see them giving it up.
Anyway, 2nd hand non-faulty cards are available for ~£150 (which by my calculations is just slightly more than ebuyer are offering the OP).You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
