    Personally I usually just rock/walk it out very carefully (with nothing under the feet at all). Never had a problem - although I've not had vinyl for some years so maybe that helps :D

    Out of the blue, I got a letter from Natwest today offering a payment of £132, which is the amount I paid on the card (not including the fitting fee).

    All I did was reply to their initial rejection enquiring what evidence they would like me to provide.

    Result.
