Faulty IT Tablet

I bought a tablet from https://www.ittablet.co.uk/ back in February this year.
It is no longer charging. After trying the charger on something else and a different charger on this, I am sure there is a fault with the unit.
It was paid with Paypal.
There seem to have a pretty lengthy warranty page at https://www.ittablet.co.uk/returns-policy which says faulty items can only be returned in 30 days unless they are registered. I am not sure if they have this warranty registration when I purchased it as I do not remember seeing it and was not prompted or reminded that I needed to register it to activate the 1 year warranty.
Please can someone advise where I stand on this with getting it repaired (not in a good place by the looks of it).

If you don't have a warranty then you'll have to rely on your statutory rights to seek a repair or replacement.
But as above the first step is to speak to the manufacturer.0
