You should edit your post to remove information about who did what. Better yet delete it. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people as far as anyone is concerned.

I have edited your post to show you how it should appear on a forum that the parking companies are known to monitor.

They can send tickets whenever they like and can pursue them in court for up to six years after the event if they wish.
