Why is fuel in Tamworth so cheap?

Whenever I am anywhere near Tamworth in Staffordshire I fill up as the fuel there is quite cheap compared to most places. (108.7p at ASDA, 108.9p at Sainsburys and 109.7p at Morrisons all per litre for Unleaded)
I was wondering if there was any reason for this as according to Petrol Prices in nearby Birmingham the average price is 121.9p and in Coventry the average is 120.4p which is quite a bit higher than Tamworth. I know its very close to the Kingsbury oil terminal but I can't see this being the reason.

I think part of the reason is due to the close proximity of the terminals at Kingsbury but unsure as to what the other factors may well be.
It's quite cheap in Cannock too (I work for Tesco and have been helping out there recently) and had to do a double take when I saw Diesel priced at 111.9 pp/l whereas in Heanor my local Texaco garage was charging 120.9 pp/l!It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0 -
I think it is due to lack of people wanting to go to Tamworth....0

When the oil refinery at Grangemouth was owned by BP, the BP filing station in Grangemouth town was one of the most expensive in the area.0 -
