    Notice the word may. So you may get 2 accounts and they will give you at least 2 months notice before they change the 2nd account.

    I have raised a complaint which may give me more money.

    If they stop my 2nd account, I will just swap it out and back in. Should be nice and easy.

    With all the complaints you raise, I'd expect you to be able to spell complaint by now.

    I see that a quick spelling correction has been effected. Some people are very compliant when they are subtly criticised.
