How do I secure my wireless network

I have Linksy WTR54GS wireless router and my network is unsecured.I have mislaid the instructions and am not fiding the help I need on the Linksy website.Can someone tell me how to secure the network please.I have my pc wired to the router but my son and daughter both connect via Linksy usb adapters and also a laptop with built in wifi is used.I need idiotproof instructions please.

You've got the model number slightly wrong there. Follow the User Guide linked from the WRT54GS page and post again if you have any questions.0
