Afternoon All,
My OH has just received a letter from Lloyds regarding them looking at his rejected CC ppi complaint under the new Plevin ruling. Fair enough. Does the fact they written mean that they have already looked into this or would it just be a generic letter they would have sent out to all previously rejected complainants? I am guessing that the very fact that they have written means that at least some CC holders would have had ppi where the commission earned was over 50%.

Credit card PPI is generally borderline on the 50% tipping point. It was initially thought credit card would be a mixed bag. However, the FCA included profitshare. That was unexpected but now means that most credit card PPI would now be over the tipping point.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
