Astra 1.6 twinport - 1.6 astra engine management light come on
Hi,
My engine management has come on again.
Just had it's fixed WIN 30100 , 30200 , 30300, 30400
Had sparks and coil pack fitted, good standard one.
The strange bit
The car though still has these issues and the light still works fine 90 percent of the time.
The only time I have the issue it's seems if I take my foot of the acceleration for a brief amounting time say 10 seconds if I'm going down a hill of road where I don't need to go any fast then the light flashes and the car seem to be misfiring.
Then if I get to my work for example and drove the car home it doesn't misfire and seems to be fine.
Any help I would be great full.
Thanks

Was it a genuine coil pack or an after market one? Anyway, check out VXON as someone on there will be able to help you - heres a link to someone with the same problem as yours by the sounds of it.
