Firefox appears twice in 'open with' menu

I've just done a clean install of firefox 2.0.0.7 and for some reason the HTML icon doesn't appear any more (on my saved bookmarks and such), I get the icon windows uses when there's no file association.

I did the 'right click, properties, change association' thinking it had for some reason not associated itself with HTML, but the file is listed as opening with firefox and Firefox is listed twice in the 'open with' menu. I changed the association to IE, then back to Firefox and still no icon appeared.

I know it's hardly a serious problem but I'm just curious as to why it's happened, and how it can be fixed.

thanks.
Sigless
