Does anybody know of a good financial advice site geared at the American market? I have a friend over there who is a bit clueless with money and who has got herself into difficulties. I want to help her find out about things like 0%APR cards and possibly free advice services.
But I don't really know where to start looking and I don't know how different things are there, regarding credit scores, eligibility etc.
Any ideas for a good impartial website over there?
