How to defend a county court money claim form

Hi All

My car hit a rental car and I have just received a county court money claim for financial loss arising from road traffic accident - any tips on how to defend this? Would my car insurance cover me? Thanks in advance.

The first thing you do is contact your insurance company and tell them that you have received a claim. They will probably want you to send the letter to them.

    That's what insurance is for.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
  • Did you contact your insurance and make them aware of the collision after it first happened?
