Do you rent the apartment in Turkey out? Have you considered doing this if not?
I don't know anything about the property market in Turkey, but if you can't sell it for what you think it's worth, then that could be an option in the short term. Then it would be making you money rather than costing you money.Indecision is the key to flexibility

Yes, I have tried to rent out the apartment in Turkey with little success. There are so many other people trying to rent out their properties. With this competition, the cheap package deals available and the lack of low cost flights to Turkey, renting out properties is very difficult. Thanks for the suggestion though.0
