(very!) delayed luggage

I hope this is the most appropriate place to put this...I was looking for some advice please.
Myself and my partner went on holiday three years ago. Long story short we arrived at our destination but our luggage did not. After a very stressful week we finally got it back at the end of our holiday.
We were insured but were told as our luggage was not lost that we could only reclaim our expenses incurred while there...for clothes, toiletries etc (about £200).
We flew with BA who sent us a £200 voucher, that was never used.
I just wondered if someone more knowledgeable than me could advise if there is anything further I could do? Or if it's been too long and I should just cut my losses? Ideally I would have preferred to get some money back as ultimately our holiday was ruined.
Thanks!

You have waited 3 years to address this? did you talk with BA about the type of recompense or accept what they gave you?
I would have thought if you were that concerned you would not have waited so long and I don't think anyone will be inclined to assist if you now bring it up so to answer your own question I would let it go.0 -
If you accepted the voucher at the time as repayment for your expenses then it is not their fault you chose not to use it in time and there is no more you can do. If however the voucher was a goodwill gesture on top of whatever you were claiming then you get six years to issue a claim against them. That’s assuming you still have a record of it all happening and receipts for everything you bought.0

Does the voucher have an expiration date? Is it something you could sell on eBay?0

In general when bags are delayed on the outbound flight the passenger can submit receipts to the airline and claim reimbursement for essential items purchased during the delay.
Did you ever provide receipts to the airline? did you claim the £200 from your insurance or not? (if not, why not?) What was the "voucher" from BA...how long valid, what can it be used for? (at some airports they issue preloaded cards for delayed luggage)0
