No idea where I got Tuesday from
Once you know the bed is available and you're on the ward maybe you'll feel a bit more rested and less anxious. In an odd sort of way being there might help because the staff are in charge and will be doing the meds, the thinking and helping with the decision making.
Please don't stop posting if it helps to get things off your chest and keep you on track with what you want to do. And your diary is definitely not boring
