Sounds like DD and friend had a lovely b'day and am sure the cake went down well. Hope everybody settled eventually after being hyped up on sugar

Good news your bed has arrived - do you have to do anything to your room/walls before it gets assembled?
  • Thank you all :)

Sorry for my silence.. struggling a bit with just well everything :o

Spent the day cleaning the house again! and getting everything back in the right places. Girls room is fully finished finally. It looks good and they love it which is the most important thing.

My room I still need to paint etc. I need to buy paint, curtain pole, curtains, duvet, pillows and a sheet! But I can't yet so the bed is up :o I'll take it out when Iv'e got the things to get it sorted and I'm just using a blanket for now. But I cannot wait to get in it tonight.

DS room has had all the holes filled, I have the paint etc for in there he just needs a new sheet and duvet cover. This will be finished for his birthday.

Spent nearly every penny on taxis and bus fares to appointments today. DD had a review. I needed to see someone from the crisis team. I finally have a new tenancy in my name and got it signed.

I feel rubbish for no reason, I'm anxious about things, I feel really on edge :o So I do apologise for my lack of posting and not keeping up with everyone's diary's

You have had such a lot going on, both good and bad: maybe the low mood is a slump after all the adrenalin?

I'm so pleased you've been able to make all this progress with the house and the bed is now up! Won't be too long before you have all the accoutrements too. :)

I missed that! So sorry, falling asleep on my feet any minute now - but you have your very own tenancy! That's fantastic, great news. It's a fitting reward for all your hard work, and a clean slate to start a new stage of your life.

Sorry to hear you're struggling a bit WB. :o You've been through quite a bit with DD lately and on top of that I notice you've had a few late nights trying to get DD's bedroom sorted. Hopefully now you've got your own bed you'll be able to get a good nights sleep and start to feel more rested, physically at least.

Excellent news about the tenancy. That must make your future and the DC's feel so much more secure.

That's a lot of appointments for DD. Try to make the most of the DC's being on half term and take things a bit slower this week where you can. xx

Sorry you are having a bad day, I’m sure it is a reaction to the rollercoaster you have been on the last few weeks. Take care of you and sleep tight in your own bed!

I just know you will have your room sorted in no time ;)
