Hey guys,
I have ignored the above letters etc. I have now received a letter from DRP (debt recovery plus ltd) who are a recovery team working on behalf of Elite Management Midlands. They are advising I pay the fine for a specific amount or they will advise their client take court action against me. Is this normal practise and scaremongering as usual?
Cheers0 -
Yes, the Newbie sticky tells you to ignore but keep letters from Debt Collectors but do not ignore REAL court papers.0

Sorry guys I just read the post regarding the above firm and I should ignore as per usual.
Worth a read if anyone is in the same position as me.
I can't link the post as I do not have the privileges but it's on the site.
