Anyone photographing cars would be frogmarched away from the area.
Only if they are on private land. if they are on the highway they wouldn't be.
  • I suggest caltrops, hidden by protective traffic cones. Any inaccurate driving will be penalised financially!

Where do you live that merits all that palava?
South Hertfordshire, in a leafy village.. but it's a Jewish school. The government provides a fund towards the security for Jewish schools, and they do a lot of fundraising towards it too. All of this security is only obvious if you drive up a pathway to the school. Even then, it's all fairly un-obviou.. eg. the fencing is hidden in the tree-line. You wouldn't even know there is a school there as there are no signs up.

Yes Jewish scholls got a nice dollop of money when Michael Gove was Education Secretary. The same Gove who's been an advisor to the CST since 2007, funny that.

On the contrary, I think it's quite clear that the OP realised that he was in the wrong and completely overreacted. Rather than say so, his "case resolved" is a face-saving way out.

I hate it when posters delete their post because they don't like the responses. Can someone repost it please so I can see the context of the replies.

    Here's the gist.

OP drove onto private land (grass). Someone (correctly) took exception to this, and took photos.

OP thinks the photographer was breaking some imaginary law because the OP's child was in the vehicle.
  • I'm sure someone can dig around in an internet archive somewhere, but if not, this is a summary:

"I dropped my kid Jason off at school. To do so I reversed over a grass verge because I'm too important to wait until the road cleared and my need to park outweighs my consideration for the environment and safety outside the school. I also have a blue badge, my disability being a false sense of entitlement. Someone took photos of me driving over the grass which I took exception to. Because I was caught bang to rights, I have invented a spurious complaint about this man taking unauthorised photos of me, my van and Jason, with the insinuation that it's a safeguarding issue and he's some sort of deviant. I'm lashing out at the school, the man, the parish council and anyone else I can to divert attention from the fact that I did something stupid. Will you good posters please say "there there" and reassure me that I can drive where I like and that this nasty man was in the wrong?"

People that do this should have their internet turned off.

If they don't like answers they shouldn't ask questions.
