Seems a bit cap. All the gas/electricity companies it 'recommends' are also the ones it says DO NOT USE.

All seems to have warnings on them about dodgy CS and problems, so why 'recommend' them.

    It doesn't actually recommend them - it its a comparison tool, so includes them and gives you a warning about some.
    Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers

    We've added a filter in recent months so you can opt to only see providers with decent or great service ratings if you prefer.
