This morning I received a letter from Gladstones with a cheque enclosed for the sum the judge had issued.

A month later than it was supposed to arrive, but it came :-).

    Good news.

Gladstones really must take more attention to what they are doing when acting for a scammer

Send them an invoice for the interest at 8%, even if it is a few pennies. It costs them money and wastes their time..

Complaints as in posts #134 and #135 will have much more damaging effect than trying to shaft Gladstones for tuppence ha'penny.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
