PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

“YOU SHALL STEAL THE SPOTLIGHT”

The winner will receive a full makeover including the gift of a carefully selected Christmas party outfit with the help of a personal stylist, and to finish the look, Debenhams will also provide a hair stylist and make-up artist to make the Winning Nominee feel completely pampered and ready for a festive evening to remember. A social media video will be created to document and to publicize this experience.

DEFINITIONS:

Entrant the person who replies to the Facebook post and nominates the family member/friend to enter the Prize Draw.
Nominee the person who is nominated by the Entrant and named in the Facebook post.
Prize a full festive makeover which includes help from a Debenhams personal stylist with a selection of outfits and the provision of a hair stylist and a make-up artist to complete the look – see clauses 17-22 for further details.

By entering their details, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions:

How to Enter

1. To enter the Prize Draw the Entrant must reply via the relevant Facebook post and tag their Nominee and explain why they think they deserve to win this prize.

Eligibility Criteria

1. The Entrant must ensure the consent of the Nominee is obtained prior to sending the entry post in relation to the publication of their name, entry into the Prize Draw and, subject to winning, provision of their personal details to Debenhams and their third parties to administer the Prize.

1. By entering this Prize Draw the Entrant and/or the Winning Nominee agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Debenhams may require. This includes, but is not limited to, photographs, social media posts and participation in a video for social media purposes.

1. The Winning Nominee must be available between 8am and 9pm on Friday 1st December 2017 to receive the Prize and to participate in the promotional activity.

1. Part of the promotional material described in paragraph 7 is to take place in the Winning Nominee’s place of work. The Entrant and/or Winning Nominee will need to get all necessary permissions from the Nominee’s place of work in advance of the filming.

1. This Prize Draw is open to all Entrants resident in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over at the date of their entry. The Nominee must also be aged 18 years and over at the date of entry and be resident in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Debenhams reserves the right to obtain proof of such consent and to refuse entry or to choose another Winning Nominee if such proof, where requested, has not been given.

1. Employees or contractors of Debenhams and 3rd parties involved in the Prize Draw and their immediate family, operators of its brands and concessions, or anyone directly connected with Debenhams will not be eligible to enter this Prize Draw.

Winner Selection

1. Debenhams will collect all entry posts and an independent person will oversee Debenhams selecting a winning entry at random.

1. Debenhams will select the winning entry of the Prize Draw on Wednesday 22nd November 2017. The decision will be final and no correspondence or discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into.

1. The Winning Nominee will be publically announced alongside the release of the promotional video on social media in the weeks following the selection.

1. Debenhams will use reasonable endeavors to notify the Entrant (not the Winning Nominee) of the winning entry by social media direct message (via the Facebook account used by the Entrant when entering the Prize Draw).

1. The Prize must be claimed by the Entrant within 8 hours of being contacted by Debenhams. The Entrant must directly message Debenhams via Facebook to claim the Prize. If the Prize is not claimed within the 8 hours, Magnafi will select another winning entry.

1. Once the Entrant has claimed the Prize, Debenhams will contact the Entrant who will provide the contact details of the Winning Nominee, clothes sizes and preferences of the Winning Nominee, the address of the Winning Nominee’s home/where they are to receive their personal makeover and confirmation that the Eligibility Criteria are satisfied. The Entrant must ensure that they have the consent of the Winning Nominee to provide this information.

The Prize

1. The Prize consists of a full festive makeover which includes help from a Debenhams personal stylist with a selection of outfits chosen by Debenhams and the provision of a hair stylist and a make-up artist of Debenhams chosing to complete the look (the “Prize”). The outfit selected will be owned by the Winning Nominee.

1. Debenhams will be responsible for supplying the outfit, the hair stylist and the make-up artist used in the Prize.

Magnafi will be responsible for photographing and both filming and editing a video to document the experience
