I would be willing to take this matter further, if you could point me in the right direction.

I remember the blue text first appeal I sent to parking eye also mentioned about complaining to the dvla about improper use of data I think? Should I be complaining to them as well as trading standards? Also since the ticket was issued in a car park in Leeds whereas I'm from huddersfield, should I be complaining to Leeds trading standards or in huddersfield? Or is it the same thing?

Thanks in advance for your help:)

And perhaps you might consider, while your anger is still simmering, writing to your MP to tell them about this intimidation.

This is a copy of a post by Bargepole:
    "Some action at last:

    http://services.parliament.uk/bills/2017-19/parkingcodeofpractice.html

This Private Member's Bill has Government and cross-party support, and stands a good chance of making it into statute.

The full text of the clauses will be published nearer the date of the second reading, but my sources tell me it's something we should support.

Now would be a good time to write to your MP urging them to support it."

    and to Which?

and to your local Trading Standards...very important! (not Citizens Advice or a fob off Consumer 'helpline').
Should I be complaining to them as well as trading standards?

    Yes why not!

And to the landowner/retail Management or Head Office of the retail park itself, and shops, saying this experience has put your family off ever returning, for fear of this harassment and court next time from this nasty parking firm.
Also since the ticket was issued in a car park in Leeds whereas I'm from huddersfield, should I be complaining to Leeds trading standards or in huddersfield?
Leeds TS because that's the location.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
