Euro Car Park and DRP

in Parking tickets, fines & parking
I received a parking ticket from a Morrison’s Car Park in July for being ten min over. I had no idea they even did them and was advised to ignore it so I did. This is the first time I’ve ever not paid. I’ve continued to receive letters and after a few it was passed over to Debt recovery Plus. They have issued a couple and I have got one today saying if I don’t pay £123.23 instead of £145 which was what it had risen too then they will recommend court action.
Can anyone offer me advice? What do I do? Should I pay or keep on not responding?

    Advice?

    Yes, ignore debt collector's letters.

    For other advice you would be wise to read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky/pinned thread which tells you exactly how to cope with this.
