Sensible credit card use

Wouldn’t use money transfers. Would pay the debts with cash from the bank but use cc to cover the resulting shortfall and pay bills etc
I have to ask - if you have this cash in the bank why weren't you using it to pay the unexpected bill or the debts?I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Pensions, Annuities & Retirement Planning, Loans

Lots of questions!
Ok appreciate that I may be coming across as someone who recklessly racks up debt - I assure you I’m not!
I would rather pay the debt using cash in the bank as there would be a charge for paying the debt by cc (only about £40 but I begrudge paying it). And when I say “cash in the bank” I mean money that would normally be used for bills etc not spare cash.
Yes I absolutely will pay the minimum each month!
By the way, the debt is only about £4K0
