Natwest online issue

Few years back i was getting calls to go into the bank as they could "Help me" basically sell me money after looking at my accts etc. So i finally gave in and went in only for them to turn round and say sorry we cant , I then asked them if they would like to cover my cost of a day off work and waisted time ...................funnily enough i was shown the exit................Next !!

You spoke too soon - it's playing up again. One minute it's working, the next it's not... and more not working than working at the moment.

Ever since the NatWest outsourced their back room IT infrastructure a few years ago there's been these occasional problems.

I've just tried again, it's still not working.
