Have you actually paid them the £850 you agree that you owe them?
If this does go to court then you need to show willing - as long as you can prove that you have paid them everythin you owe then they won't win anything.
However, if the judge agrees with your calculations but you've not paid the £850 then you'll get a judgment against you for the £850 + (probably) the court fees the management company had to pay for the claim.0
