Adding a light in loft

I have lighting in the bathroom which the cables run through the loft. I want to add a light in a loft and this is probably the nearest sourcebook of power. Could someone advise the best junction or splitter which allows the bathroom lights to be independent of the loft light.

I had a quote for loft conversion last week, he said that the electricity could come from the cable that goes to my boiler, maybe you have a boiler up there, or close by.0

If it is the standard loop in circuit going from ceiling rose to ceiling rose with a drop wire to the switch then simply extend the circuit. Disconnect at the bathroom light and move that wire up to the loft light then run a new wire from the loft light to the bathroom rose. Or install a 4 way 5a junction box https://www.screwfix.com/p/5a-4-terminal-standard-junction-box-white/8906d?_requestid=2408960

Do you know how to extend an existing lighting circuit and wire up a new light and switch correctly? Do you know how to safely isolate the circuit before working on it?
Whilst this is certainly doable by a competent DIYer, this definitely falls into the territory of "if you have to ask, get a professional".0 -
Pick up the unswitched live, neutral and earth from a ceiling rose in the bathroom and wire in switch and light for the loft0
