Halifax Unfair Relationship YES/ PPI Mis selling NO

Hi all
A little help / clarification is sought...
Halifax has made a NEW offer on an old 20 year old credit card, offering a sum for its new assessment of ''unfair relationship created".
They ''calculated the redress for this decision based on the undisclosed commission and profit share" I paid "on the premium above fifty per cent".
However, they have DEFENDED their original decision on PPI Misselling Assesssment, saying it is ''not re assessed ~ decision remains unchanged".
Any thoughts please on whether, now they have agreed "an unfair relationship was created," whether I should enquire for the original PPI Mis Sellling Assessment'' part to be assessed again?
Thanks in advance!

No. You don't get to complain again.0

They are offering you redress based on Plevin and a commission over 50%. This only applies to rejected complaints. Your complaint is still rejected. If you are under the six months required to forward it to the FOS, you can do that.
If you are over, accept the offer.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -

That is correct. Plevin is a new issue unrelated to the sale of the policy and only applies to rejected complaints. It does not give you any rights in respect of your original complaint, which is now closed.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
