If I am a named driver on a policy, and the main driver has an accident and claims. Does my insurance premiums go up? And do I lose my NCB

No because you are not the policyholder who made the claim nor the driver who had the accident.0

A puzzling question.
Are you talking about whether the premiums/NCD on a different policy that you hold in your own name will go up? The answer is they will be totally unaffected.
Or are you in fact paying the premium on the policy that you are the named driver on? In that case, yes, there's been a claim on the policy so the premium will increase and the NCD will be affected. No longer a spouse, or trailing, but MSE won't allow me to change my username...0
