I used the viagogo to look at buying Evanescence tickets.
Added to my basket, checkout page, added my bank details. The website then added on an extra £50 in charges and asked if I was happy to continue my purchase, I said no and filled in a survey asking why I didn't want to make the purchase.
The website then sent me a confirmation email anyway and charged me. The company is refusing to refund me.
