Extractor fan condensation (maybe) issues

Hi,
I've had a bit of an issue with the extractor above my shower, I've made an assumption on what it might be but hoping to get a second opinion from someone more knowledgeable than me before I either tackle it myself or call someone in. I've lived in the property for 4 years and all has been fine until the last couple of days.
The extractor stopped working suddenly (no issues before) so I thought it might have been a fuse issue or something, but then I noticed drips coming down from where the extractor is located. I assume it's condensation dripping back down, which has broken the fan.
Does anyone have any theories on why this might have suddenly started happening? Also, if it's a complex task, who would I need to contact to fix this - silly question, but I don't actually know who I'd need to get in touch with to fix this (roofer, electrcian, etc.)?
Links to images of the extractor, the setup in the loft and the vent outside in case it's helpful (not able to post actual links as I'm a new user):
Many thanks to anyone who can help or offer any advice!
