How long to remove restricted convenient from deeds

If the beneficiary and the owner agree that the convenient should be removed, home long would the process take?
I am buying a house which has a restrictive covenant. The vendor is in negotiations with the beneficiary but I wondered how long this will delay things if they do agree?
We have no solicitor at the moment, as we instructed him to stop work as initially it looked like the beneficiary wouldn't agree to remove it.

impossible to say, why not ask the parties involved for an estimate from themselves.I wondered how long this will delay things if they do agree?
You cannot expect anyone on the internet to know, and experience of other people's situations is not relevant to yours, however, "inconvenient" that may prove to be.0 -
Assuming all the paperwork is prepared speedily, and wen submitted to the LR is correct and does not requre amending or clarifying, then depends on the particular LR office backlog. A few weeks?
On the other and, the 2 parties might be negotiating a price for the removal which might take weeks. Then their soliciotors might be slow. Then the LR might reject the application and return it. Then.......
A few months?0
