I think he just wants to find a way of making more money on top maybe. Or publicity for his company ect. There must be something in it as houses get snapped up round here so I can't imagine there would be an issue.

If it was a realistic valuation it would sell faster and the owner would get more selling it in the normal way (if the puff pieces are to be believed the owners get less than £302,000 out of this).
