I think this may have been posted before and removed as I seem to remember some discussion about the property value.

Personally I think "purchase" on the main competition section should be you are purchasing a product and getting free entry to a competition not simply buying a ticket otherwise almost every lottery/raffle in the UK could be posted inc thunderball , lotto, healthlottery etc.

What was the discussion about the value? it says on their site that its value is £315k and valued by 3 estate agents?

As the free entry route is postal if it's going to be on the board it should be in the postal section.

This is the 3rd or 4th time this has been posted - think it was removed due to self promotion.

There are numerous puff/PR pieces about it - clearly if it was really worth what the claimed valuation is it would have sold easily at that price without needing to try and offload it this way.
  • Knowing the area very well we have looked at houses similar way in excess of this price. Its a stones through from one of the best primary schools I have every faith its worth what they say to be honest.

I think he just wants to find a way of making more money on top maybe. Or publicity for his company ect. There must be something in it as houses get snapped up round here so I can't imagine there would be an issue.
