Cannot help (sorry), but it is interesting to read that these are the flats that you refer to in your mis-sold post.

I always wondered whether these would struggle sell when they started converting the old Social Services office.

Out of interest are they being sold with parking?

    Thanks :)

Some do - there is a limited amount of space, so they charge an extra 10,000gbp on the price of the flat for space. You don't own it though (we only discovered it later), it's the right to use it.

I see from the details that these are over shops

Is that causing issues with mortgages?

I'm not sure I'd want to live there on the edge of the shopping centre. Can you walk through to the station when the shops are shut?

These flats are located above a few shops and directly next to/above a nightclub and public carpark.

You can walk straight through to the bus station but not the train station which is at the other end of the town. However this area is the main thoroughfare for nightlife moving from the eateries to the bars.

This could be part of the reason as you say that mortgages may/may not be hindering the sales.
