TSB "Your Statement Is Ready To View" - Really ?

How do TSB manage to consistently send an e-mail that my new statement is available on line when, well, it isn't. Most of my other card providers send the e-mail a day after the statement is available.

You are not alone in that respect. When TSB tell me my statement is ready, I know they mean it will be ready soon.
Additionally, their statement doesn't tell me when my 0% on purchases deal will expire.
Is anyone listening at TSB?0 -
Agreed, annoying. My Santander, Halifax and Virgin cards have the promo end date but my TSB and Tesco don't. The Tesco does have a heading for it but the column is empty. This is something I feel the regulator should make compulsory - is Martin listening ?Additionally, their statement doesn't tell me when my 0% on purchases deal will expire.0 -
i've had the same problem.
ime TSB are not very impressive. i'm still holding £1.5k in a current account to earn interest with them, but if DD opportunities dry up then closing and leaving them won't be a huge loss:whistle:.0
