It's pretty broad

The free prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or over but excluding the following:

any employees (and their family members) of Landsec, and its associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies;

employees (and their family members) of any of the shops, cafes, restaurants and other outlets located at the White Rose Shopping Centre; and anyone else professionally associated with the Landsec group or this promotion.

The winner shall be required to collect the prize in person from White Rose Shopping Centre and he or she will be required to present valid photo ID to Landsec to verify his or her identity. Landsec shall provide more specific information about the pick up location when it sends notification of the win.

Pretty clear cut I think

They are pretty rule orientated, it will be handed over most likely in the landsec suite on site
