Lloyds tsb success question

Hi, I received a letter saying my complaint about ppi on a Lloyds loan is being upheld. The letter stated the amount and that a cheque will be sent within 4 weeks. The query I have is that there is nothing to sign - is this normal practise from Lloyds ? as my husband had to sign a form for his HSBC one.
I don't hold a Lloyds tsb account anymore so not like they can pay it into that either

LLoyds don't send offer acceptance forms anymore so you just need to wait for the cheque in the post and cash it yourself.0
