HSBC ppi success for loan

Hi newbie here.

We put in a complaint for an HSBC loan we had 14 year ago and got a letter on Monday to say that they agree we were missold and offered an amount. The problem was they sent my husbands to our current address yet mine went to an address we lived at 14 years ago. I've spent the past week chasing this up and taking documents into 2 different branches to confirm my married name and address and still haven't received my letter.
While I'm waiting for my letter to arrive ( if it actually does ) can anyone tell me the approx waiting time from sending the acceptance letter back to receiving funds into an non HSBC bank account ?

Many thanks - I'll keep updated about the missing letter saga :(
