Thanks Ralph-y, i hadnt seen that. I will write to my MP as well laying out what happened.
I ended up writing about 12 letters in all which all had to be thought about and composed. If i had asked a solicitor to do it it would have cost probably a couple of thousand.... Should i invoice them back for all my time?0 -

Make sure you tell your MP about that, and complain to the landowner and ask the if UKPC have told them that they have had their DVLA access stopped and are therefore not capable of performing any service or contract, and are unable to pursue any unauthorised vehicles unless victims are daft enough to give UKPC their details without checking. PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
