Hi ,
following my car parking fine from Euro Parking services ,
I have sent the New Beeies email format
Now I have received Letter before action letter , do I have to send the above letter
"Dear Civil Enforcement Ltd.
I am in receipt of your Letter Before Action of 15th November 2017.
Your letter contains insufficient detail of the claim and fails to provide copies of evidence your case places reliance upon." .......

Letter before court action ( 3/01/2019 ) within 14 days
Please advice me the next course of action .
